EC Conference Transport Safety: Societal Challenges, Research Solutions. Save the date!

6 Jul 2014: 

On 4-5 December 2014, the Italian EU Presidency and the European Commission organise a major conference on transport safety to be held in Genova. The event is expecting the participation of around 300 stakeholders, transport professionals and policy makers from the different transport modes, to assess the future needs for transport safety, and identify priorities for activities in Horizon 2020 and beyond.

Country Profiles of Croatia and Brasil now Available on the TRIP Website

6 Jul 2014: 

The TRIP portal features a section dedicated to ‘country profiles', which provides background information on the organisation of transport research at national level in a wide range of countries in Europe and beyond. With last year's enlargement of the European Union, this section has now been updated with information for Croatia, adding up to the European Research Area (ERA) now comprising 28 Member States of the EU, plus Iceland, Norway and Switzerland.
